Directions and map: reaching Cascades Langley

The address, and Google's pin

The hotel and the casino share one address: 20393 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC V3A 7N2, in Langley City rather than the larger Township around it. Google lists the place as “Cascades Casino”; the Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre is part of the same complex, so the pin is the right one for a hotel stay too.

Flying in: Abbotsford (YXX) or Vancouver (YVR)

The hotel answers the airport question itself: about 30 minutes by car from Abbotsford International (YXX) and about an hour from Vancouver International (YVR). Google's route from Abbotsford came out at 31 minutes when I checked it on 29 October 2026, which matches. Neither answer mentions a shuttle, so plan on a rental car, a cab or a ride-hail car.

From YVR without a car, the trip is a SkyTrain ride followed by a bus, the same pattern as from downtown. Google's planner stitches the legs together for the hour you land: YVR to the hotel by transit. After a long flight from Montréal or Paris, I would still take a cab for this one.

Driving from Vancouver or from Washington State

From downtown Vancouver the drive heads east to Surrey and on to Langley City; whether Google sends you along Highway 1 or through Surrey on Fraser Highway depends on the hour. The hotel is on Fraser Highway itself, so the last turn is easy to spot. Hotel and convention guests park free.

Downtown Vancouver to the hotel by car

Visitors from Washington State cross the border before Langley; the route from Bellingham shows which crossing Google prefers on the day, so check it again just before you leave and carry a passport or NEXUS card.

Without a car: SkyTrain to Surrey, then the bus

The car-free route has two legs: SkyTrain to Surrey, then a TransLink bus to the Langley Centre exchange at Glover Road and Logan Avenue. The bus numbers and the reasons to check them on the day are on the without-a-car page; here are the live versions of the trip.

Until the Surrey–Langley SkyTrain extension opens (the project currently says late 2029), the bus leg stays part of every car-free arrival.

The last 400 metres on foot

On Google's walking route the Langley Centre bus exchange is about 400 metres and five minutes from the casino and hotel pin, mostly flat, by way of Glover Road; I checked it on 29 October 2026. That is short enough for a suitcase on wheels, even in Langley rain.

A short drive out: Fort Langley

The most common day trip from the hotel is the old fort village. Fort Langley National Historic Site is at 23433 Mavis Avenue; opening hours and fees are on the Fort Langley page.
