What to include in the form

Please give your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, and the room type you would most like to request. The published room categories include Coast Two Queens, Coast King, Coast Queen with Sofa Bed, Coast Accessible Queen, Coast Hospitality Suite and Coast Executive Suite with Balcony. If you are not sure, you can read my plain guide to the rooms before sending the form.

Add any practical wishes in the notes box: an accessible room, separate beds, a quieter side, a higher floor, or a pet-friendly room. Coast says pets are welcome in some rooms, but the fee and limits were not published on the page I could verify, so I treat that as something to confirm before you travel.

If you are arriving without a car, tell me roughly where you are coming from. I can keep the request aligned with the notes on getting there without a car, though current bus times should always be checked with TransLink.

What happens after you send it

After you send the request, I pass along the useful booking details to the hotel or booking partner for a reply. This is a request, not a confirmed reservation at the moment you press send. You should usually hear back within one working day, depending on office hours and the information needed to price or confirm the stay.

Please do not put card details in the form. If a room is available and you choose to go ahead, payment or guarantee steps belong in the confirmation process with the hotel or booking partner, not in this first message.

You may also ask for the reply language. I work from a bilingual desk, so write “English” or “French” if that matters to you.
